Weather Reminder does not always send one complete phrase by itself. Scheduled reminders combine the temperature, a temperature-condition phrase, and a weather-condition phrase. Write phrases that can sit naturally in the second half of a sentence.
1. How Scheduled Reminders Are Composed
When high, low, and weather data are available, a reminder is roughly composed as: "Today's temperature is 18°C ~ 25°C, [temperature phrase], [weather phrase]." If the day has a large temperature swing, the swing phrase is added at the end.
2. Temperature Phrases Should Cover Feel and Clothing
Hot, Warm, Comfortable, Cool, Chilly, Cold, and Temperature Swing work best for advice about water, layers, or comfort. Avoid repeating "today's temperature" because the app already inserts the temperature first.
3. Weather Phrases Should Cover Going Out
Clear, Cloudy, Rain, Thunderstorms, Windy, and Fog work best for umbrellas, outdoor plans, or travel caution. Keep each line short, natural, and easy to connect. Avoid making every line a question or a direct sign-off.
4. When Asked About Current Weather in Chat
Current-weather replies start with "Current temperature is X°C," then add the temperature phrase. If the weather condition can be identified, the weather phrase is added after that.
5. Useful Patterns
Good: "Lighter clothes should feel about right."
Good: "There may be brief showers, so bringing an umbrella would be reassuring."
Avoid: "The temperature is comfortable, it is sunny today, have a great day."
Avoid: question-only lines; they can feel broken when combined with other fragments.
